Season Greetings
Dear orienteering friends,

It was a family affair!
The first ever Ultra Long PWT became a family affair for the couple Anders Nordberg, NOR and Anne Margrethe Hausken, NOR.

Thought fight in the Men Elite
At the last race during the WRE week in China it was a thought fight in the men class. Magne Daehli, NOR was 1 second faster than Olav Lundanes, NOR over the 2,9 km at the Golden Temple, Kunming. The hilly area around the temple gave the runners some real challenges.
In the Women Elite class the winner was again Li Ji, China. Sofia Adolfsson, SWE was the best non Chinese.

Middle distance - Norway and Sweden in top
At Middle Distance during the WRE week in Kunming, China it was victory for the Norwigian and Swedish runner. In the men class won Magne Daehli, NOR and in the women class Frida Bakkman, SWE.

2xChina in Chinese WRE race
It was double China in the first WRE race in Kunming, China. In the Men Elite Mo Jing Xiong, CHN, also known as Black, was running 2 seconds faster than Olav Lundanes, NOR. In the Women Elite it was the 10000 m expert Li Ji, CHN that was 11 seconds faster than Zhu Yue Ming, CHN.
